Four sumptious rows of cappuccino flavoured genoises layered with a smooth coffee mousse. The top is covered with an Italian style meringue lightly sprinkled with cocoa to give a baked effect. Each portion is decorated with a chocolate flavoured coffee bean. The contour is covered with minced coconut.

Four rows of Hazelnut flavoured Biscuits succès layered with a light vanilla mousse. The contour is covered with flakes of crèpes surprise. The top is finished with a smooth caramel spread. Each portion is decorated with a drop of caramel spread covered with flakes of crèpes surprise.
